Vue 175 at Ruffles Lodge & Spa brings contemporary fine dining to the scenic Gold Coast Hinterland. Perched at 175 metres above sea level, the restaurant offers panoramic views of the Gold Coast landscape from the theme parks of Coomera to the cool blue waters of Coolangatta. Vue 175 offers a menu that celebrates seasonal and local produce with dishes such as an entree of prosciutto crudo with warm stuffed figs, ruffles raw honey, compressed melon and toasted sourdough before a main of crispy skin salmon fillet served with soba noodles, shiitake mushroom and miso broth. Be sure to finish your meal with a dessert delight of lavender and honey cheesecake topped with housemade ice cream, a dusting of ginger crumb and perhaps a glass of dessert wine selected by expert Peter Bourne.
