We believe the more we practice the Reiki principles, giving ourselves daily Reiki treatments, meditating and being mindful the greater the gifts are that we can share (with our fellow man and woman). And so it is that Reiki, which includes our self-treatment, the Reiki principles as well as our mindfulness practices, underpins all aspects of our daily lives.
