Chef and Owner Jess Hayes learned her craft in Seattle where she has worked with several award winning chefs. Jess brings her unique Northwest style to the Gold Coast where the regions offerings are celebrated with a menu which is simple in design, but complex in its execution. The food offerings are designed for sharing or coursed options which are complimented by a gorgeous cocktail bar and succinct wine and beer list. Service is prompt and professional.
