Dr. Rodney Edward

Rod graduated from Queensland University in 1992. He worked in a number of practices in metropolitan Melbourne and, having experienced a variety of dental cultures, settled at Toorak Village Dental Care in 2000. Rod has particular interest in the field of cosmetic dentistry using aesthetic restorative materials. He is currently expanding his cosmetic skills with the Australian Academy of Dento Facial Aesthetics where he completed his training in the placement of botox and dermal fillers to enhance the outcomes for patients within the practice. In addition Rod has undergone advanced training in root canal treatment (endodontics) and the surgical placement of dental Implants & associated grafting and has successfully completed more than a thousand cases. Kite Surfing, Skiing and similar thrill seeking activities are important to him outside of working hours along with spending quality time with his family where he is well and truly outnumbered by the girls.
